We tailor our process to suit you best.
At Sustainable Search, we believe that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach; because of this, we tailor our approach and services to suit each of our clients' needs most appropriately.
We offer various variations of our two permanent search packages: professional (contingency) search and executive (retained) search including a package between the two.
We can offer all of these on a percentage or fixed-fee basis as well as various success-based installment plans and bulk or project hire packages.
It's also possible to provide you with market and salary insights and help with planning your company's growth strategy. ​

We don't believe in advertising roles, so we exclusively headhunt all of our search requirements to find the best talent in the shortest time-frame.
Professional Search
Entry-level contingency search package.
Our entry-level option which is perfect for entry to mid-level roles; we are also happy to offer this if your business only operates on this basis with search and recruitment firms.
We will work tirelessly to deliver you profiles for the best candidates in the market in a timely manner and will ensure all candidates are sufficiently screened for suitability to the role.
Executive Search
Premium exclusive/retained search package.
Our premium option where we work with you as your exclusive recruitment partner and prioritise your process above contingent requirements and will provide you with a fixed progress timeline.
With our retained search package, we will also carry out a full internal candidate interview vetting process and share our notes and feedback with you from this.
This process requires a fee up-front and is therefore best suited for mid-senior level hires.
